I have completed backfilling on the number 1 Prudent Man vein. I do not expect to work this vein anytime in the near future.
I have received approval to proceed with operations on the Prudent Man vein number 2 and will begin excavation on 09/17/09.

So far this season I will only be offering slabs for sale and will be updating web site soon.

I am in the process of removing overburden and scaling the walls of the trench at the number one Prudent Man vein. I hope to enter the production phase by the middle of June.

I am expecting to have the final draft of the Prudent Man Mining project completed and signed and the reclamation bond posted this month. This will allow the continued mining of Prudent Man agate when the spring thaw comes.
